Cowboy Cornbread Meatloaf

Meatloaf is so versatile, and can be made in so many different ways. But I like to keep my recipe as close to my southern roots as possible, so that's why I decided to create this recipe with cornbread stuffing and BBQ sauce!

* 16 ounces ground beef
* 1 egg
* 1 package of cornbread stuffing
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoning
* 1/3 -1/2 cup sliced canned mushrooms
* 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
* 1/2 cup honey bbq sauce
