A healthy, hearty and whole grain breakfast treat.

1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup toasted quinoa
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup toasted quinoa
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup egg substitute
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Form into 1 inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet (or one lined with a silpat baking mat) and flatten slightly.
