This cRaZy cake WaCkY cake has no eggs, milk, or butter. Mix everything in the baking pan. It's a cinch to make and comes out rich, moist and delicious.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup water
