Cream Cheese Brownies

Tons and tons of cream cheese swirled throughout fudgy, rich brownies...with a surprise mixed in. Chocolate chips!

1 box of your favorite brownie mix (I used Betty Crocker Original Supreme) and everything needed to prepare the brownies (usually oil, eggs, water)
4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
