Creamy Chicken Broccoli Casserole

My husband loves a good casserole. Whenever I ask what he wants for dinner, he always rattles off names of casseroles his mom would make growing up. We threw this one into the rotation and he loved it! Nothing beats being able to throw a casserole together in the morning then pop it in the oven before dinner. This recipe was so easy and my whole family enjoyed it! It is creamy enough that you could serve it over pasta!

4-5 chicken breasts
1 bag frozen broccoli
2 (8 oz.) boxes of cream cheese (you can use Neufchatel or Fat Free)
2 cups milk
2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs for topping
