Have some leftover steak from the night before? Make these Creamy Steak Quesadilla's, they even have a kick to them!

Ingredients

8 ounces tenderloin steak ( cooked & sliced thin (can use fresh if you don't have any leftover) )
2 flour tortilla
1/8 cup pickled jalapeno ( chopped (about 8-10 slices) )
1/2 cup cream cheese ( (a little less than 1/2 cup) )
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup shredded cheese ( ( cheddar or mexican blend) )

Directions

1. Slice steak into thin strips, set aside.
2. Chop up jalapenos slices (I used food chopper/processor).
3. In a small saucepan on low-medium heat, stir together cream cheese, chopped jalapenos, and seasoning. Stir until creamy.
4. Add in steak, and stir well.
5. In a large skillet on medium heat, place tortilla down, and put shredded cheese on 1/2 of tortilla, and put 1/2 of creamy steak mixture on top of cheese. Fold tortilla over.
6. Grill until lightly browned, flip over, and repeat on other side.
