4 tablespoons Olive oil
1/2 onion ( diced, medium )
1 cup carrots ( diced )
1/2 cup celery ( diced )
2 clove(s) garlic ( minced )
1/4 cup flour
1 quart half and half
1 Can (14 oz) chicken broth ( reduced sodium )
pinch ground nutmeg
1 package(s) tortellini pasta ( frozen )
1 1/2 cups spinach ( coarsely chopped )
to taste salt & pepper
