Growing up, our mom made this stew all the time! It is so simple to put all the ingredients in your crock pot and let it cook all day. This is the perfect meal for a cold day!
Crockpot Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound baby carrots3 potatoes ( peeled and cut )
2 pounds beef, chuck for stew
1 cup beef stock
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 garlic ( cloves, minced )
1 bay leaves
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 onion ( diced )
1 cup celery ( chopped )
1 Can (6 oz) green peas
Directions
Put all ingredients into crock pot in the order listed. Stir just enough to mix spices. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 5-6 hours. Remove bay leaf, and serve.
