Crispy chicken smothered in sweet honey mustard sauce! This is the perfect meal for a light weeknight dinner. It takes under 30 minutes to make and it tastes soo good!

4 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp lemon juice
dash of salt and pepper
1 scallion, finely diced
4 boneless, skinless chicken tenders
