Individual vegetarian pizzas slathered with curry-spiced pizza sauce and loaded with delicious veggies! Perfect pizza night recipe in 15 minutes.

2 tablespoons prepared pizza sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder, divided (you can use a bit more if you really like curry!)
1 whole grain naan (about 4.4 ounces)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup chopped broccoli florets (cut fairly small, around ½ inch)
¼ cup chopped cauliflower florets (cut fairly small, around ½ inch)
¼ cup chopped onion
½ tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon curry powder, divided (you can use a bit more if you really like curry!)
