Delicious Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Use up all that zucchini with this moist and delicious chocolate zucchini loaf.

4 cups grated zucchini (about 2 medium zucchini)
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 C. butter, melted
2 teaspons vanilla
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, divided
