Dipped Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies

We can't resist a yummy cookie that has peanut butter and chocolate! These cookies are soft and moist. They look complicated, but are actually so easy to make. These are the perfect cookie for your cookie exchange!

1 cup margarine (Softened at room temp)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Peanut Butter Filling
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons melted butter or margarine
1 teaspoon milk

Chocolate dip
1 cup milk chocolate chips
4 teaspoons vegetable oil

In a mixing bowl combine softened margarine, eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, and peanut butter. Then stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased...
