A moist, peanut-free nut butter banana bread recipe.

1 cup ripe, mashed banana
1 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup nut butter (Wowbutter, Sunbutter)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
3 whole egg whites
1 cup plain, nonfat yogurt

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup nut butter (Wowbutter, Sunbutter)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
