9" pie shell
2 cups skim milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 large egg yolks
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3 large egg whites
