This chewy and decadent Double Chocolate Skillet Brownie is the stuff dreams are made of!

1 and ½ sticks unsalted butter
5.25oz dark chocolate, roughly broken up
2 large eggs
1 and ½ cups light brown sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup plain flour
? cup cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1tsp baking powder
1 cup white chocolate chips, plus extra for garnish
Ice cream and chocolate sauce to serve, optional
