Double Chocolate Zucchini Cookies Recipe

These soft, chocolatey cookies are a family favorite- and you would never know that they are loaded with zucchini!

½ cup butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2½ cups all-purpose flour
? cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups grated zucchini
1 (11 oz) bag semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
