16 ounce rotini pasta ( uncooked )
22 ounce alfredo sauce ( I used Prego Roasted Garlic Parmesan Alfredo )
3 cups chicken stock
2 cups rotisserie chicken ( diced or other cooked chicken )
2 teaspoons garlic ( minced )
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded ( or Italian blend )
to taste parmesan cheese ( optional )
to taste basil ( fresh and chopped, and other fresh chopped herbs )
