Simple, boxed brownies turned into an amazing dessert with a quick homemade peanut butter layer and a chocolate topping!

1st layer:
1 box fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2nd layer:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter

3rd layer:
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
