Easy Grilled Chicken Salad

I love making main dish salads and this one is my favorite. I wrote down the recipe I use when I make this delicious salad. You can change up this salad however you would like. Add whatever veggies you have on hand, leave off the ones you don’t like. You can even serve this buffet style so everyone can take what they like. Here is a great list of salad topping ideas if you get stuck.

12-16 oz grilled chicken
1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
12 grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 cup shredded or julienned carrots
1 cup bell pepper (any color), diced

Wash and prepare all your vegetables and divide onto four plates.
Add chicken to the top of salad.
Serve with dressing of your choice.
