Easy Homemade Wheat Bread

Do you love homemade bread? In under 2 hours you could be eating a loaf of you own and a few to share or to freeze. This easy to make wheat bread had great texture. Just like store bought bread but comes straight out of you oven and healthier for you and your family.

7 C. Whole Wheat Flour
2/3 C. Gluten Flour
2 1/2 T. Instant Yeast
5 C. Steaming Hot Water (about 105*)

2 T. Salt
2/3 C. Oil
2/3 C. Honey or 1 C. Sugar
2 1/2 T. Lemon Juice*
5 C. Whole Wheat Flour

*Lemon juice helps with the elasticity and is used to replace dough enhancer.
Mix together the yeast, water, vital gluten and 7 cups of flour in mixer. Cover for 10 minutes and let sit. This is called sponging. I like to let mine sit for about 10 minutes or so. It gives the yeast...
