One of my favorite memories is coming home from school to a house smelling like Snickerdoodles. My mom always had some type of after school snack.
I really don't mind making cookies but sometimes I just don't have the time to roll out every single one and make multiple batches. These Snickerdoodle Blondies were so easy and delicious!!!
