Easy Snickerdoodle Blondies

One of my favorite memories is coming home from school to a house smelling like Snickerdoodles. My mom always had some type of after school snack. I really don't mind making cookies but sometimes I just don't have the time to roll out every single one and make multiple batches. These Snickerdoodle Blondies were so easy and delicious!!!

2 2/3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup salted butter, room temperature
2 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla

Cinnamon topping:
2 Tbsp white sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
