Easy Stove Top Macaroni and Cheese

This mac and cheese is just as quick and easy as the blue box, but it turns out so much creamier and flavorful!

12 oz elbow macaroni, cooked according to package instructions
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp flour
3 cups milk, warmed
1 (8 oz) package Crystal Farms Mac & Cheese Blend shredded cheese (if you can’t find this, use 1 cup shredded Velveta, 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar and 1/4 cup shredded Swiss)
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp salt
