Easy Vegetable Stir Fry

I'm going to be honest, sometimes I just get sick of eating the same old veggies all of the time. My goal is to eat 3 vegetables everyday. That can get tricky sometimes. This vegetable stir fry is so easy to make, you eat a ton of veggies, and it tastes delicious!

1 Red pepper, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Red onion, chopped
1 Bunch of broccoli, chopped
1 Bunch of cauliflower, chopped
1 Zucchini, sliced
1 stalk of celery, sliced very thin
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup Panda Express Mandarin Sauce
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
