Chocolate cake and peanut butter cup cheesecake, layered together and topped with chocolate ganache frosting.

For the Cheesecake Layer:
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped miniature Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
For the Chocolate Cake Layer:
1 chocolate cake mix
1 (3.4 oz.) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
For the Chocolate Ganache Frosting:
12 ounces chopped semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate chips
1 cup cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter, chopped into small pieces
For the Peanut Butter Frosting:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 cups powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons milk, as needed
For cake assembly:
1 (16.5 oz) container Caramel Apple Dip, or Peanut Butter Caramel Apple Dip
Chopped peanut butter cups, for garnish
