French Sables Korova {Double Chocolate Cookies}

Double chocolate cookies with a hint of sea salt.

1 1/3 cups flour
1/3 cup unsweetened Dutch cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 stick + 3 Tablespoons butter, room temp
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon fleur de sel (finely ground sea salt - I used this one)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped into 1/4" pieces (I used a Ghirardelli bar & chopped it)

In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Set aside. In a large bowl (I used my stand mixer), cream the butter. Add in the brown sugar, sugar, fleur de sel, and vanilla....
