Fudgy Yogurt Fruit Dip

Earlier this spring, I transplanted a ton of strawberry plants from my parent's garden to my own garden. I had big dreams of making tons of strawberry jam and eating fresh strawberries all summer long. However, I am one of those people who probably couldn't keep a cactus alive and unfortunately all my plants passed away. I have been forced to hit up grocery stores and farmer's markets for my strawberry fix, but thankfully I have found some amazing strawberries that ALMOST taste as good as the s

1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (fat-free works great)
1-1/2 teaspoons orange juice concentrate, thawed
Fresh strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and other fruit for dipping
In a bowl, combine fudge topping, yogurt and orange juice concentrate. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or if you are in a hurry, throw it in the freezer for about 10 minutes). Serve with fruit.
