Using pudding mix makes these cookies so soft and fluffy you won't be able to stop eating them!

1 box Funfetti cake mix
1 small box instant cheesecake pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
3/4 cup white baking chips, divided
