This Garlic Parmesan Gnocchi with Mushrooms is packed with flavor and makes a delicious 30 minute meal!
1 (16 ounce) package potato gnocchi
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 ounces fresh baby bella mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 ounces fresh baby bella mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
