This easy Gluten Free Strawberry Lemon Poppy Seed Coffee Cake is bursting with sweet strawberries and fresh lemon juice and is topped with a thick layer of crunchy cinnamon streusel!

For the Cake
1½ C Bob's Red Mill gluten free 1-to1 baking flour
½ C Bob's Red Mill finely ground almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ C butter, room temperature
¾ C sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1½ C milk
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp fresh lemon zest
½ tbsp poppy seeds
1 C chopped fresh strawberries**
For the Topping
1 C gluten-free quick cooking rolled oats
½ C almond meal
6 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
6 tbsp unsalted butter, cold
For the Glaze
½ C confectioner's sugar
1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
