A super simple + delicious churro recipe that is grain-free, vegan and naturally sweetened!

Grain-Free Churros

Ingredients

1 cups almond flour
3/4 cups arrowroot ( starch )
1/2 cups potato starch
1/2 teaspoon gum ( guar )
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 cup milk ( + 1 Tbsp )
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
to taste vegetable oil
1/3 cup coconut palm sugar ( + 1 tsp. cinnamon for dusting )
