Grandma’s Delicious Goulash

When we were little, my Mom had a delicious dinner cooked for us almost every night. Some nights got crazy and that is when our Dad cooked. Dad usually cooked the regular pancakes or Mac-n-cheese. One of my favorite meals he cooked was called Goulash. The name always made me laugh and it was one of my favorites! Goulash came up in a conversation a couple of weeks ago and I decided to give it a whirl. It turned out better than I remembered and my family loved it!

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey (or ground beef)

1 large onions, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

1 can of corn, drained

1 (29 oz) can of tomato sauce

2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 Tablespoons soy sauce

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon of salt

2 cups dried elbow macaroni
