Grandma's Pork Chops

These pork chops are so good! I love making them fresh or freezing them. They are good both ways.

6 pork chops
Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can of milk
Vegetable oil
1. Add oil to bread crumbs until moist ( not wet). 2. Beat egg in a bowl. Dip chop into egg and coat with bread crumb mixture. 3. Brown each on both sides in pan on stove. 4. Place in dish and cover with soup and 1 can of milk. 5. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. IF FREEZING – place breaded chops in bag, mix soup and milk and pour into bag. On serving day, thaw and place in crock pot for 6 hours on low heat or thaw completely and bake as directed.
