Green Beans with Miso Pumpkin Sauce

Green Beans and pumpkin have contrasting colors, but complementing tastes.

1 pound green beans
¾ cup cooked pumpkin
½ cup waters
½ tablespoon miso
2 garlic cloves, minced.
Cut green beans into segments. Boil a pot of water, cook green beans for 5 minutes or until soft. Drain into a serving plate. Put pumpkin, water, miso and garlic in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour sauce over green beans.
