A very non-traditional version of the traditional side dish. It\'s super tasty and different!

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
1/8 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
dash cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
2/3 cup green onions, sliced

Place mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add enough vinegar to thin the mayonnaise to your desired consistency. Add next 5 ingredients and stir to combine.
