Grilled Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad Recipe

, I highly suggest making this salad for dinner. You can use fresh produce from your garden or local farmer's market to make it even more delicious! Serve it with our Cheesy Garlic Texas Toast for a yummy summer meal.

3 cups grilled chicken, cut into bite-size pieces (we just used this leftover chicken, but you could also use rotisserie chicken)
6 oz (about 1/2 box) penne pasta, cooked and cooled*
4 cups Romaine lettuce, cut into small pieces
1 cucumber, diced
1/4 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (we used pre-shredded cheese that you buy in a bag)
1 bottle of your favorite Caesar salad dressing (I love this Organic Litehouse dressing- not an advertisement, just my honest opinion)
