Guacamole Salsa

The past couple of weeks I’ve been on an avocado kick. I eat them with everything, and sometimes even plain! It’s Avocado season so they are pretty cheap, which is perfect for my very small, college grocery budget. I was thinking of what I could make this week and I stumbled across possibly my new favorite food. Guacamole Salsa! I’ve been putting it on everything from my barbecue pork to my vegetables. It’s seriously so good, and pretty healthy!

1 lb tomatillos (the more tamatillos, the thinner the salsa)
1 jalapeno pepper (feel free to add more if you like it really spicy)
1/3 bunch cilantro
1 thick slice of onion
1/2 garlic clove
1 avocado
1 tomato
1 tsp. salt
