Ham and Potato Casserole

This casserole is very hearty and filling! Makes perfect leftovers too.

2 cups cooked and cubed ham
1 package frozen shredded hashbrowns
8 oz can broccoli cheese soup, reduced fat
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package cornbread stuffing mix
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped broccoli
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
-Mix together hash browns, ham, cheese, yogurt, soup, onion, broccoli, onion and garlic powder in crockpot. -Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over mixture and drizzle coconut oil over stuffing. -Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3. -Enjoy!
