These Healthy Coconut Cookies will satisfy your sweet tooth without getting in the way of your health goals!

2 slightly ripened bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup agave
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
3 teaspoons almond or soy milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

optional: handful of dark chocolate chips to dip cookies into.
