¾ cup applesauce
½ cup honey (if you prefer a sweeter granola, increase to ¾ cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coarsely chopped raw pecans
5 cups rolled oats
1 tablespoon apple pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ cup diced dried apples
½ cup golden raisins
