Ingredients1/4 cup heavy whipping cream ( very cold )
pinch salt ( to taste )
DirectionsPut cold cream into a small, clean jar and put lid on tightly. Shake and shake the jar (kids can help with this part) until the cream starts to solidify. The colder the cream is the quicker it will work. When it's nice and thick, mix in the salt and serve with yummy bread or add a little honey to make honey butter.
