This is one of our favorite breakfasts and it's extremely easy to make and is sure to impress! The homemade hollandaise sauce is to die for!

2 English muffins
4 eggs
4 slices Canadian bacon
For the Hollandaise Sauce:
4 Tbs. Butter
4 egg yolks
2 Tbs. lime juice
1 Tbs. heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
