homemade mongolian beef
this is a lovely recipe you can cook up in your wok or frying pan so easy and so yummy. Nice crisp vegetable and meat served over rice tastes just like from a restaurant

2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 1/2 to 2 lbs beef sirloin tips
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
5 green onions cut into 1 inch pieces
Rice
1 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 1/2 to 2 lbs beef sirloin tips
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
5 green onions cut into 1 inch pieces
Rice
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl stirring to mix cornstarch real well.
Set this aside
After you have chopped beef into bite sized pieces you can put into wok or large frying pan
before doing so...
