Homemade Olive Garden Salad & Dressing- Copycat

After doing lots of research and testing out a few different recipes, I believe I’ve stumbled upon what seems to me to be the perfect Olive Garden Salad dressing. I took a few different recipes and end the end created my own pretty unique recipe. It tastes exactly like the real thing to me and I am more excited than I can really express!

Dressing Ingredients:
1/3 cup white vinegar
4 1/2 Tbs water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 packet Good Seasons Italian salad dressing packet
1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp lemon juice

Salad Ingredients:
American Blend salad mix (or whatever lettace you prefer)
small tomatoes
red onion
whole black olives
peperoncinis (I really never eat these, but I wouldn’t leave them out, they add taste)
croutons
shredded Romano cheese
shredded Parmesan cheese
Dressing Directions: Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until well mixed. Place in a dressing container (or mason jar for extra cuteness). Allow to chill. Best if chilled overnight, but if...
