4 c. old-fashioned rolled oats (I used certified gluten-free oats)
1½ c. raw sliced almonds
1/4 c. raw unsalted sunflower seeds
1 tsp. fine-grain sea salt
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground ginger
½ c. coconut oil
½ c. honey
¾ teaspoon vanilla
