I am so sad to see summer go! We have been squeezing in every last grilling recipe we possibly can! I had some pork chops in my fridge, but didn't have time to run to the store. Using a few ingredients from my fridge and pantry, this delicious dinner was born!

1 1/2-2 pounds boneless pork chops
1/3 cup honey
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
