Honey Orange Pecan Sticky Buns

Bread dough is rolled up with a cinnamon and orange sugar mixture, baked in a honey and pecan glaze, and flipped while still warm to keep these Honey Orange Pecan Sticky Buns moist and flavorful.

For Dough:
4 and ½ tsp active dry yeast, or 2 packages active dry yeast
1 and ¼ cups coconut milk, warmed but not hot
5 cups bread flour plus more for rolling (you may use all purpose here)
6 tbls vegan butter, softened (you may use coconut oil)
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp salt

For Filling:
4 tbls brown sugar
4 tbls coconut oil melted
1 tbls cinnamon
2 tbls orange zest

For Glaze:
1 cup pecans
½ cup raw honey melted
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbls orange zest (optional)
