A sandwich made to please even the pickiest of eaters! A crispy chicken thigh dipped in a Honey Sriracha Sauce for a touch of sweetness and a hint of spice. Topped off with my homemade, Pickled Cucumbers and Purple Onions.

Olive Oil, enough to coat pan
1/4 Cup, Honey
1/4 Cup, Sriracha Sauce
1/4 Cup, BBQ Sauce
6, Rolls *any kind you like
6 Slices. Horseradish Cheddar Cheese **Optional
Pickled Cucumbers & Onions
