Hot & Spicy Slow Cooker Beef Chili

This Hot and Spicy Slow Cooker Beef Chili recipe is perfect on any cold day and will warm you right up!

1 lb of hamburger, browned & grease drained
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
½ teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 15-oz can tomato sauce
2 15-oz cans worth of chicken stock
1 14.5-oz can of fire roasted tomatoes
2 15.25-oz cans of kidney beans, drained
