How to Make Paneer at Home

This two ingredient Paneer is a fresh, unsalted Indian cottage cheese which is widely used in Indian cooking especially in curries.

Full-fat milk - 1 liter
And any one of the below: (In this video I have used yogurt)
Yogurt - 1 cup
Buttermilk - 2 cup
Vinegar - 4-5 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 4-5 tbsp
Citric Acid - 1 tbsp
Pour milk into a pan and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and add yogurt or any of the other citric/acidic agent. Stir slowly. The milk should start to curdle straight away. The whole curdling...
