Super Simple Bread that comes out Delicious and perfect every time. Soft and perfect center with a nice hard crusty french bread type crust. Made from very basic ingredients! Check out the links at the end of this page for more of my favorite bread and roll recipes.

2 cups warm water
2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp olive oil
4-5 cups flour
2 tbsp corn meal
2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp olive oil
4-5 cups flour
2 tbsp corn meal
Add yeast to warm water and allow to sit for 5 minutes
Sprinkle 2 tbsp corn meal onto a large baking sheet
Add sugar, salt and olive oil to yeast water mixture
Mix/knead by hand or in your mixer until dough...
